We plan South African getaways the way locals actually travel
Vantage Voyage Co. is an independent travel agency rooted in Mpumalanga. We started because too many South Africans were paying too much for trips assembled by people who had never been there.
Our story
We began by planning trips for friends and family along the Panorama Route — Swadini, Graskop, God's Window, Sabie — and it grew from there. Today we book resorts, lodges, safaris, beach holidays and city breaks across all nine provinces, but the way we work has not changed: we go there ourselves, we build the trip around your real budget, and we put everything in writing.
Most of our clients are South African families, couples and small groups who want the trip to be excellent without a month of research. Many of them arrive by WhatsApp and never open an email — which is exactly why our whole booking journey is built around a single conversation thread.

Send your enquiry
Use the booking form or WhatsApp. Tell us your dates, group size and rough budget — that is enough to start.

We check real availability
We contact the resort or lodge directly and confirm what is genuinely open for your dates.

You receive a written quote
A full breakdown: what is included, what is not, and the exact total. No surprises later.

Deposit and written confirmation
Once your deposit reflects, we issue written confirmation and vouchers. Only then is your trip booked.
Frequently asked
- Is my enquiry a confirmed booking?
- No. An enquiry starts the process. Your trip is only confirmed once we have checked availability, quoted a final price, received your deposit or payment, and sent you written confirmation.
- How are prices shown on this site?
- All prices are indicative 'from' rates in South African Rand, usually per person sharing, and depend on season, availability and group size. Your quote is the number that counts.
- How do I pay?
- By EFT once you have a written quote. Pay into our Nedbank account (account number 1347646981, Vantage Voyage Co.), then send your proof of payment on WhatsApp and we issue written confirmation. We do not process card payments on this website.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellation terms are set by each resort, lodge or supplier and are stated in writing on your quote before you pay. As a general guide, deposits are non-refundable inside 30 days of travel and full charges apply inside 14 days.
- Do you handle groups and corporate travel?
- Yes. Family reunions, church groups, matric tours and corporate strategy weekends are a large part of what we do. Send us the group size and we will quote accordingly.
- Which areas do you cover?
- All nine South African provinces. Mpumalanga, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo and the Western Cape are our deepest specialities.
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Your travel is only confirmed once availability has been checked, a final price has been quoted, a deposit or payment has been received, and you have received written confirmation from Vantage Voyage Co.
