How booking works
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Your travel is only confirmed once availability has been checked, a final price has been quoted, a deposit or payment has been received, and you have received written confirmation from Vantage Voyage Co.
Use the booking form or WhatsApp. Tell us your dates, group size and rough budget — that is enough to start.
We contact the resort or lodge directly and confirm what is genuinely open for your dates.
A full breakdown: what is included, what is not, and the exact total. No surprises later.
Once your deposit reflects, we issue written confirmation and vouchers. Only then is your trip booked.
