Who we are

Vantage Voyage Co. is an independent South African travel agency. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), we are the responsible party for the information you send us. You can reach our information officer at Vantagevoyageco@gmail.com or on 076 162 6071.

What we collect

• • Your name, email address and WhatsApp or phone number.
• • Trip details: destination, dates, number of adults and children, accommodation preference, budget band and any special requests you choose to share.
• • Correspondence with us, including WhatsApp messages relating to your enquiry.
• • Basic, anonymous website usage data if you accept optional cookies.

We do not ask for identity numbers, passport details or payment card data through this website. If a supplier requires those for a confirmed booking, we will request them directly and securely, and only for that booking.

Why we use it

Only to quote, plan, confirm and support your travel; to answer your questions; and, if you have opted in, to send occasional offers. We never sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the resort, lodge, transport or activity supplier needed to fulfil your booking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 24 months. Booking records are kept for five years to meet accounting and consumer-protection obligations.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email us and we will action the request within a reasonable time and confirm in writing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Cookie notice

Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics cookies tell us which destinations and packages people look at so we can improve the site — they do not identify you personally. You can choose "Essential only" in the banner, or clear cookies in your browser at any time to be asked again.

Enquiries and bookings

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Your travel is only confirmed once availability has been checked, a final price has been quoted, a deposit or payment has been received, and you have received written confirmation from Vantage Voyage Co.

Prices displayed on this website are indicative and quoted in South African Rand. Cancellation, refund and amendment terms are set by each supplier and are provided in writing on your quote before any payment is made. No payment is processed on this website.
