Swadini sits deep inside the Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve, where sandstone cliffs rise straight out of subtropical bush and the Blyde River runs cool and clear all year.
It is the single most requested destination we plan, largely because it does everything at once: a genuine wilderness setting, family-friendly self-catering chalets, a boat cruise to the Kadishi Tufa waterfall, and the entire Panorama Route within an easy morning's drive.
